The government would open up lifelong covert investigations, then go to your friends, family, employers, landlords, neighbors and community at large. They would tell them lies and slander saying that you are crazy, a terrorist, someone who needed watching or some other lie. Then they would disrupt your life in every way possible. They destroyed families, and many peaceful organizations that were trying to do good work in society.
Today Targets are still followed around, stalked and harassed. Homes are illegally entered, mail stolen, calls listened to, property damaged, false arrests, political assassinations, lifetime incarcerations, and forced suicides. This is how the state then and now deals with dissidence.
Today's Cointelpro not only involves the above elements, but now targets of this harassment are routinely tortured or harassed in their homes. The main COINTELPRO methods against me are:
1. Secret and never disclosed with SAR (Subject Access Requests) accusations that I am a secret hooker-to solicit crimes against me by builders, petty criminals and other illiterate who are quick to hate stereotypes, or , halfway prostitute, an attack that makes it difficult to get work, housing and make friends plus causes me risk of covert criminal attacks. The photo on the top right was taken in London in 2008 just before I decided to go to Scotland hoping to distance myself from the harassment. It is taken with a webcam, poor quality but it shows that I still had all my teeth and my face and neck were in normal condition, not extremely puffy.

So, what happened and I look so awful by 2010? Teeth gone: 5-6 teeth broke in the weeks after being blasted with an ADS portable from a car, in Kirkfieldbank, South Lanark on the 29th of January 2009. Of all the electromagnetic weapons ONLY the ADS Raytheon, the most hard-hitting of all breaks the teeth.

There is no doubt I was hit with an ADS that day, to make me panic that I will get a heart attack as the chest pains go on for longer than ten hours after the blast.

But WHO OWNS an ADS and can deploy it in a Scottish town?

Possible answers:
1. The law says that ADS is a public order weapon, therefore only the Police, Law Enforcement can own and deploy one.According to UK laws, information from other targets researching who and why attacks them.
2. Reality says that 50% the owner could be somebody else than the Local Police:

First of all in my estimate, Interpol, because Interpol is the TEACHER of National Police Forces in a 188 countries around the world. Surely, they are not going to be arrested if they "lend" for a day an ADS to a security company or similar for a one-off operation.
Second, its not impossible that the Church of Scientology has an ADS with their payrolled henchmen in Europe, because Koos Nolste Trenite (former Scientologist who had left and criticized the Church) was attacked with electromagnetics in Holland.

There is a paid third party  that feeds the Police with heinous and degrading allegations and material against me and this third party wants me to make a lot of accusations against the Police, when there are no genuine hate or retribution reasons for the Police to attack me.

This third party could be a CHIS, an authorised informant with credibility and bribed by Scientology to stir up hostilities between me and the authorities.

The sure thing is that the 18 months exposure to DEWs= Directed Energy Weapons attacks and the ADS blast worsened my looks a great deal .

One reason why there is so much complicity of secrecy around the use of DEWs and ADS is that many malicious faggots and haridans secretly enjoy destroying the normal health and normal looks of targets.

3. What is the covert database sharing of slander does to society? It causes criminality by local Authority personnel and revenge to innocent targets and it causes huge litigation costs, scandals in the press and damage payments against the authorities playing the blacklist/revenge a target game.
4. What else causes criminality? The need of a subordinate to obey his senior manager or to obey a Police Constable to obey and show compliance to a more powerful rank who maybe criminally minded or under the influence of dissociated hate and pass verbally criminal instructions to harm a target. This is where the Indemnity insurance factor comes in: the subordinate should exercise to protect his indemnity insurance and professional reputation against the drunken with power senior rank who orders him verbally to commit criminal offences against a member of the public. The subordinate can establish rational barriers to the “power trip” of the senior rank by asking him to write down his instructions with his name and job title. Therefore in future case of litigation the issuer of these instructions in writing can be held accountable.
5. What else can cause criminality in professionals of public authority in junior positions who got to show compliance and follow orders by senior more powerful ranks? The timidity or cowardice to ask for the abusive or criminal orders to be given in writing by their source high rank. If an order is not written and signed with name and rank it is not valid to be obeyed.
From my 2009 experience of criminality in Wishaw General Hospital I strongly advise the following and the following applies to the indemnity insurance of Police, Local Council or NHS personnel attempting criminal actions against me or other targets in our community.
At the top of the NHS and Councils are the Police Authorities. The Police Authorities share databases and information against “targets” with the Local Councils, so the FOI Freedom of Information Act must make it clear what exactly are the rules for this covert range of operations.
Starting with junior personnel : Detective Sergeant Michael Wilkinson of DPS Customer Service Team, Jubilee House, 3rd Floor, 230-232 Putney Bridge Road, Putney, London, SW15 2PD I will prosecute him for grievous bodily harm and cardiovascular injury he caused to me by: finding my RMO Dr Keith in Wishaw General and ordering her by phone call to stop my day passes and keep me in complete detention in the Ward for 42days, thus damaging my cardiovascular plus Dr Keith who obeyed the criminal damage against me order. So the complicity of the RMO and the DS means that both need to be prosecuted and both indemnity insurances got to compensate me for the cardiovascular damage and debility and the 1stone extra weight which was the result plus my distress.
(Next time Dr Keith takes orders from a Police Officer to imprison a patient and damage their cardiovascular she has to take these orders in writing to protect her indemnity insurance from the criminal damage to her patient.
For Dr Grace Anyebe, my GP at the Charleston Surgery: I told Dr Grace that I get attacked with electromagnetic weapons shot by a 5 member militia around my house and asked her to watch a 3 minute webcam recording that corroborates what I say. Dr Anyebe refused to find out, she refused to watch the 3 minute clip, she refused to know. That is intentional malpractice out of prejudice and that’s between her and her indemnity insurers as I will file a complaint for her refusal to know and obtain crucial data about my health risks.
The next thing Dr Anyebe insisted to book me with a Psychiatrist when I told her it is better to be booked with a neurologist. She repeated her refusal. She insisted that since I talk about electromagnetic weapons, I got to be “punished” by going to the wrong doctor speciality.
Dr Anyebe should obtain in writing this order as she was ordered by her Senior at the Charleston Surgery who has to write down all instructions she gave concering my treatment to Dr Anyebe. Otherwise Dr Anyebes indemnity insurance will be responsible for any criminal damage against me.
Dr Anyebe’s Senior at the Charleston Clinic maybe acting criminally minded and out of revenge because of slanderous libelous fabrications in the Security Register the database the Council shares with my GP and NHS. I called the Surgery and then went there in person to obtain 2 SAR leaflets. The Surgery acting senior manager refused to hand me the SAR leaflet forms with nonsensical excuses when she has an obligation to hand them with no questions asked.
This Senior needs to write down who instructed her to refuse me the SAR forms: was it an NHS person, a Council person or a Police Constable? She needs to get in writing the instruction to refuse me the SAR leaflets to escape the burden of being blamed for this illegality.
This week 12 to 18 April I will file 2 SAR applications to the NHS for 2 persons to obtain all data held on us by the NHS. I will not be in any personal contact with the Charleston Surgery until I obtain all my records and identify what falsifications and deletions took place.
First I need to eradicate any covert slander, falsehood and fabrications in my NHS records as these can make NHS personnel criminally minded and vindictive.
Second : IF any Police Officer spread informally to the Charleston Clinic management malicious and false rumors about me for example: that since I complain about the militia and electromagnetic attacks I might suicide or harm anybody and got to be sectioned or medicated with antipsychotics , he has to give it in writing with his/her name and rank and I need a copy for my family to prosecute him in case of criminal assault, damage or criminal detention. I am a European Citizen, Greek National. The Law says that being ONLY resident in the UK I can refuse sectioning or hospitalization and go abroad to select treatments and doctors. This was and remains a prosecutable violation against Wishaw General Hospital as they refused to obey European Union Laws and chose to obey Police originating illegal orders. This illegality is prosecution case against the Wishaw General Mental Ward and their indemnity insurance for my compensation for all distress, bodily harm, professional and financial damage incurred from their illegal actions.
Concerning dissociated hate or rage from local Police Officers, I already filed inquiries under FOI the Freedom of Information Act and a SAR to the Renfrew Council to obtain all data held about me as well as the application and decision for covert surveillance done by the Council. The first criminality that needs to be exposed and eradicated is covert heinous slander using the power and influence of administration databases/blacklists.
Concerning the Charleston Mental Health Clinic and Dr Matson. Precautions for his indemnity insurance as well as my health and safety
If Dr Matson is under Police pressure to medicate me with specific medications chosen by Police Officers, he needs to get the Police Officer medication instructions in writing: examples: a Police Officer acting under the influence of dissociated hate from databased fabricated slander may pressure Dr Matson to prescribe me an antidepressant in order to get me killed by brain bleeding as antidepressants cause brain bleeding or at best nose bleeds to targets of electromagnetic weapons ,these targets get malignant high blood pressure and antidepressants can kill them with brain bleeding.
Second example If Dr Matson gets ordered by a Police officer to insist I take an antipsychotic such as Abilify or Lithium, any antipsychotic he needs to get this in writing so that my family can prosecute the Police Officer on two counts. Endangering my life with wrong medications that cause bloating, weight gain, and got serious side-effects plus using the polypharmacy to hide brain and nervous system damage by electromagnetic weapons ,that is to deceive myself and my family that debility, loss of brain functions, loss of reflexes was caused by the drug when it was caused by a WEAPON.
Predictable disability and injury and indemnity in case of complicity by Council, GP Surgery, GP, Mental Health Clinic, Police Officers and the FTAC.
If all the above Authorities want to protect their indemnity insurance from litigation and compensation and scandals they need to demand that any criminal or illegal or abusive orders by any criminally minded authority person are placed in writing, thus directing accountability and prosecution/litigation to the source of the illegal/criminal false instructions.
What is my knowledge about DEWs Directed Energy Weapons from the injuries I suffered and from other dead victims coroners reports and medical history records.
All DEWs are 3 second internal mutilation weapons. They all got in common the capacity to mutilate all and each of the vital organs of the target in 3 seconds or less. The 3 second mutilation power has encouraged organizations exempt from public scrutiny, such as certain departments of the MoD, Home Office and Secret Services to organize militias of former criminals/jailbirds and train them in the use if DEWs and pressure them to attack the targets they select under threat that if they refuse they will go back to jail.
One such militia is protected by 1 female and 2 male Police Officers here in Renfrew and I reported them to their senior management. This militia positioned around my house is made of : 1 Eastern European blond guy, 1 British born Greek-Cypriot, 2 Middle Eastern men, 1 blonde English woman and one dark haired young woman of unknown nationality.
One safety point for the psychiatrist Dr Matson and any other psychiatrist: If you want to establish whether a ‘patient” is genuine target of DEWs and not a delusional case, do not prescribe harmful drugs such as antidepressants and antipsychotics. The best indicator is a prescription of 15-28 tablets, for aches and pains and discomfort : 30mg Dehydrocodeine tablets, to be taken one tablet at a time, three times/tablets maximum in 24 hours. The chemistry/reaction of the target with the dehydrocodeine tablet is highly abnormal, and is a reliable indicator as the DEWs interfere strongly:

Liver bleeding, from rifle that shot the liver to scare the target as raising the blood pressure of the liver with the electromagnetic rifle causes vomiting of a pint of blood after each attack, the rifle can keep a target bleeding for a week or a month until the target dies from organ failure or is taken to Hospital to be infected or killed or sectioned.

4. Kidney failure and permanent damage. The target if shot 3 times one second each on his kidney, it will be permanently damaged. Kidney failure. If shot once he will pass water every 10 minutes for 3 -4 days after the shooting.

5. Bloodclots and they can cause embolism.

6. Blindness by detaching the retina. This is caused both by electromagnetic and radiation rifles if they shoot the target at the back of the head. Immediate loss in one second of 50% vision field, partial 50% loss of eyesight where the target sees bright streams of light on his right and left and down towards the feet because of detached retinas.

7. Multiple organ failure.

8. Heart attack, cardiac arrest.

9. Loss of ability to stand up, damage in the knee and ankle joints that cannot lift any weight as the target was shot hundreds of times on the head to stop the brain ordering the production of chemicals and other substances like collage, proteins enzymes etc that keep the joints in place.

10. Ischemia. Inability to walk more than 10 minutes plus chest pains when sitting down at a chair, the target ha s to lie in bed because he gets dizzy when standing up and chest pains when sitting.

11. Radiation sickness : Target cannot walk at normal pace as he gets pains in the lungs, solar plexus, and abdomen. If target tries to keep walking and tries to walk fast, target gets extreme nausea and vomiting. In a 20 minutes walk effort target with radiation sickness will throw up at least 3-4 times and will end up covered in vomit, snot and tears.

12. Radiation sickness at home done during sleep time. Target wakes up with abdominal pains, diarrhea and vomiting.

13. Brain damage attempt by raising with a rifle the brain blood pressure during sleep. Target keeps waking up with small traces of caked blood high up in his nostrils, without flu and without touching street drugs.

14. Covert attacks on the ovaries. Target acquires benign tumors and if the attacks continue target gets period bleeding that doesn’t stop for more than 20 days and needs tranexemic acid to stop the bleeding.

15. Shooting in the chest with electromagnetic rifles. Excruciating lung and chest pains plus half an hour ability to walk under adrenaline cortisol excess but then orthostatic syndrome and incapacitation/ exhaustion, weak cardiovascular for 2-3 days.

16. Covert attacks in the abdomen with DEWs during sleep. Appendicitis bursts or acute inflamed appendicitis, also peritonitis without inflammation or bursting of the appendix.

17. Covert shooting of the targets bed, mattress if it has metallic springs in it: general debility and inflammation of the spine, poor performance to heal the inflammation as DEWs cut down the strength of the anti-inflammatory medication, like volterol. It can take six months to stop spine inflammation.

18. Covert shooting of the lungs during sleep. Coughs with mucus, lung infections that need many courses of strong antibiotics to clear.

19. Covert shootings of body during sleep. Acidosis, extreme acidity that changes the eating habits and increases the rate of infections of a target. It can prolong flu illness and keep flu going for three months!!!

In other words, if the Renfrew Police chooses not to withdraw the militia that the female PC is protecting by getting texts on her mobile and call me crazy, their indemnity insurance will be liable for all physical and other damage from the weapons and the emotional abuse.
If DEWs attacks keep me ill to stop me repairing my cardio because they cause stiffness and serious pain and nausea when trying to walk then the Renfrew Police will liable for my compensation.
If I get blood clots, stroke, heart attack, heart disease, brain damage, brain injury, loss of mobility, damage to my cardio, immune, reproductive system, partial blindness, malignant high blood pressure, ischemia, orthostatic syndrome and any organ failure such as kidney or liver failure or cardiac arrest or peritonitis then both the Charleston GP surgery and the Renfrew Police indemnity insurance will have to compensate me for my disabilities and all criminal damage and abuse.

Letter 1 to the FTAC.

When the FTAC started end of 2006, did they select me for targeting and accessed my health record and on what criteria? Are there written records of this selection procedure?

Can I assume that the FTAC was targeting me and working on it for me to be sectioned from early 2007?

When finally I was sectioned 2009 in an illegal set up, initially I had day passes to do my contacts at the Local Library Internet. Then a Police Officer from London located my doctor, called and wrote to the Hospital and my RMO to stop my daily passes and keep me in constant detention with no right of exit from the Ward.

Does the FTAC know the totalitarian trick done in many countries and regimes where a person gets targeted to be undermined or destroyed. Then the person gets blasted with a non-lethal weapon or caused some other injury or health disaster so as to force the target to ask for help in an A&E. At the A&E, the unsuspecting target gets sectioned. All psychiatrists and GPs and other personnel are ordered to say and keep repeating like parrots that any complaints the target makes are consistent delusions or mental illness.
Meanwhile, during sleep time, large areas of his brain get destroyed with lasers or masers which are systems that got super high frequencies that penetrate his brain and do tissue damage in 3-4 seconds only without his knowledge or any proof for Court prosecution. Then ,the target after mock Mental Health Tribunals is released with thermal and laser brain injuries, knowing that he will not manage due to his unknown and untreated injuries to hold a job or get a life.
This method of attack is well known world wide, I got information about it from Greece, so what does the FTAC say about this practice of “worrying” about a targets mental health and getting him sectioned to mutilate his brain as “help and care”?

Since the FTAC is a team made of Police and Health specialists, do they know about immune system and cardio system mutilation by high frequency non-lethal public order weapons ? Read the Patten reports pdfs 1 to 5 about non-lethals and public order weapons just to show that Police is fully aware from 2001 what tissue damage can be done to to targets.

What Doctor or Psychiatrist would dare to disobey Police orders?

Is there a psychiatric assessment for personnel using non-lethal maser rifles to ensure that they are not psychos Police protected who burn the brains and mutilate citizens just for gratuitous fun, just for kicks since it is hard to compile proof how a targets brain was burned during sleep or how his kidney was damaged during sleep and other mutilations that can be done within 2-4 seconds on a target?

I had emailed my local Police about being attacked with Maser rifles end of December and pin pointed the houses around mine where the weapons were based . I got no reply. Recently I identified 4 men and a woman (they are not police officers or secret agents, they are 5 hired guns) who are using Masers and other hi-tech systems for electronic harassment to make me ill and debilitate me. They texted a Police Patrol who walked fast behind me and shouted POLICE!!!! behind my back to intimidate me.

Readers can see from my photo in end of 1998, which was taken in Scotland to apply for IBM and other roles that I was “plain Jane” at the age of 41, chubby, with thick eyebrows, big nose, lousy natural hair and hairline and yet despite aesthetic and cosmetic shortage I look half my age almost, I look about 25 in that picture, why? Because I was in normal health with no hidden DEWs attacks, harmful EMF stored in my immune system and flesh/blood/organs body mass.

The 2002 blonde photo taken for my passport is after hidden, subtle DEWs and EMF attacks already non-stop for 15 months, that is from April 2001 until summer 2002 when the photo is taken.
First stage of hidden DEWs attacks from next door to the left, ignorance on my part and ignorance of the health system era:
During this time, from April 2001 until December 2001 I know now in retrospect that I was being secretly sabotaged and shot with DEWs late at night during sleep with sexual competition motivation.
What were the symptoms I had which I had no knowledge to assess:
1.There was an unknown source of physical pain, coming out of nowhere. I was experiencing insomnia late at night, agitation and a strong vibration in my solar plexus area ,stomach and abdomen. Being ignorant I assumed this discomfort was being exhausted after a full time day job and going to the gym after that. I was tragically wrong and ignorance costs a lot in terms of losses and damage.

2. My immune system lost its balance, it is the immune system that will notice first a DEWs or EMF attack and NOT the mind, the mind comes last as it needs correct data to compute and without correct data, the mind can just record things it cannot explain so health damage goes on unstoppable.

3. When my immune system lost its balance and I was feeling physical pain that I could not locate the source I started drinking more often and eating more and drinking more coffees in the morning to clear the “fog” from my mind. All this was showing that I lost my HOMEOSTASIS that is my ability to eat healthy and drink and smoke only a tiny little and be content and balanced.

4. Once my HOMEOSTASIS was lost, my weight was going up and down at a crazy rate of 1 to 2 stone a month!!!! I had no idea what to do about this bizarre weight yo-yo, when I was going to the gym 4-5 days a week and decided to move house, so I moved as a lodger to a house where the room upstairs from me was still for rent.


THE FOREIGN HIGH EXECUTIVE BITCH UPSTAIRS

Once I settled down as a lodger, the room directly upstairs from me, was rented by a foreigner with a super high executive corporate job and an expensive car. With her job and car it was clear that she can afford her own flat she doesn’t need to be a one room lodger for economy. So, why did she do “penny pinching” to rent upstairs from me, considering her job, money and car?

Because she rented to shoot me during night with DEWs and EMF during sleep to cripple me and indeed she managed that successfully and all the cost burdened Invesco where the company know nothing about this method to cripple their staff and make them pay thousands of dollars on their healthcare.

What happened was the bitch was there to do a DEWs “job” on me and as a result I fell seriously ill with inflammation of the entire spine and being unsuspecting target I had no idea that I needed to go on the run. The DEWs attack shows in the fact that to clear this inflammation I had to take twice the maximum daily allowed dosage for tenfold the legth of time allowed plus do physiotherapy and it took a month incapacitated in bed and 4 months being cripple to put my back in normal state again, plus physiotherapy. After all this Invesco suggested I take a full health BUPA check-up which normally costs around a thousand pounds but was free to me as I was permanent staff.

Now I know that the BUPA Hospital knew that I am under attack and I am an unsuspecting and unwilling experimental target and they insisted on tests and measurements I had no need at all. The BUPA Hospital was cashing in from Invesco and knowingly health checking a target they know was being attacked. There are some money grabbing murderous bastards in the Health System, no doubt.

So how do I know I was under attack with DEWs for 15 months?

To summarize:
First I experienced pain with no specific source, second insomnia with vibration from solar plexus to abdomen, third loss of immune and HOMEOSTASIS balance, need for more food, smoking and booze than normal, yo-yo weight, spine inflammation, anti-inflammatories and physiotherapy taking ages to work, six months to get out of incapacitation from inflammation of the spine.

And this photo is taken during the aftermath of all this, after I had changed address one more time. So yes, I look unharmed but the impact of the DEWs and EMFs is detectible, there is a change from my old self in 1998 where I am chubby and plain but HEALTHY.
